Delivery Rules by Product Type

A. Batteries & Battery-Related Items (Dangerous Goods – DG)

Due to international air transport regulations, batteries and battery-related products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG).

For these items:

  • ❌ Overseas delivery is NOT permitted
  • Available options for Singapore customers only:
  • Self-collection, or
  • Local delivery within Singapore at a flat fee of SGD 60.00 (where applicable)

If your order contains DG items, international shipping will not be offered.

B. Non-DG (Non-Dangerous Goods) Items

For products that are NOT classified as Dangerous Goods:

Customers may choose from the following options:

  • Self-collection, or
  • Delivery – subject to courier acceptance (e.g., FedEx or other shipping partners)

For international destinations, delivery availability must be confirmed based on the destination address and item type.

Singapore Deliveries

Delivery charges within Singapore are as follows:

  • Orders below SGD 500.00 → Delivery fee: SGD 60.00
  • Orders SGD 500.00 and above → Free delivery

Available delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery:
    Typically within 1–3 working days
  • Urgent Delivery:
    Within 1 working day
    (Charges apply based on actual weight or volumetric weight)
  • Self-Collection:
    Orders require 1 working day for preparation before collection

International Deliveries (Non-DG Items Only)

International shipping is available only for Non-DG items.

Important Terms:

  • All prices on BuyNav are quoted on an Ex-Works (EXW) Singapore basis.
  • International shipments are arranged under Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

This means:

  • Shipping charges quoted cover freight and insurance only
  • Any import duties, taxes, GST/VAT, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and payable upon arrival in the destination country
  • Final delivery charges will be confirmed based on:
  • Destination address
  • Package dimensions and weight
  • Courier availability

A member of our sales team will prepare a formal shipping quotation for all international orders prior to dispatch.

Lead Time

  • Standard warehouse dispatch lead time: 1–3 working days
    (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays)
  • Lead time begins after:
  • Order confirmation, and
  • Full payment receipt

Please note:

  • All lead times are subject to prior sales and stock availability
  • In the event of stock delays, our team will notify you promptly

To process a delivery order, we will require the following details from you:

  • Contact person name
  • Contact number
  • Billing address
  • Shipping/delivery address
  • Any special delivery instructions

For international orders, additional details may be required for customs documentation.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.
